there was no security available and bad apartments also, it was worst day i was parking in front of hotel and someone crushed my car no body care about it and did not catch him and he run away

Visiting BAHRAIN for the first time for official work and this hotel was suggest by a coworker. Staff was friendly, attentive, safe location. Room was clean and spacious

Everything, No WIFI available, No room service, and non of the facilities are accessible, they say due to Covid but even with 2 times negative PCR test results, still you aren’t allowed to access or do anything, it’s pretty clear it was a matter of policies and had nothing to do with preserving the public health

it was a bad experience bad hotel I had to check out early morning

the rooms are not equipped with any things. soap, tissues, water kettle ,towels etc are removed,you need to ask for each thing even the towels are so dirty they knock hard on the door even with the don't disturb sign is hanged management behaviour is rude and impolite I strongly don't recommend this hotel for leisure or business

management behaviour , room cleanness , dirty towel and furniture,bad location in red district room service staff poor. management takes and keep with them your original ID's as a security

1. Car park entrance was narrow. 2. Bad cigarette smell in the room and bed. 3. Can hear the music of a disco on 6th floor in my room at 10th floor. 4. Staff kept my id during my stay and when I asked the reason why the answer was if you are Sharukh Khan we won't. No body in the world keep original IDs any more. 5. The housekeeping was cleaning the neighboring room at 5:00 AM and fighting with each other. 6. The rooms are not silent you can hear your neighbors.

My Original passport

In the center of everything

The receptionist asked me to take my original passport to keep it until I checkout, of course I refused, then he told me we will cancel your book, I said no problem cancel it, it's not allowed to take my original passport you can take copy. He spoke with his boss, then told me,ok keep it but you have to pay extra payment 50 bd, I told him NO I will not give you extra payment. Then I told him I will pay only 20 bd This was the worst thing happened. I advice anyone and everyone if the hotel ask to take your original id or passport DON'T GIVE IT UNDER ANY REASON, YOUR ID LIKE YOUR LEG.

They aren't provide what they stated in the web site "Booking.com ". More they do cheating in the pills. I did complain about that to the hotel manager but he doesn't care
